My journey began in the United States Air Force, where I spent 23 years honing my leadership skills and empowering others to lead with confidence and purpose.
I launched Frederick McClain & Co driven by a passion to help leaders grow, thrive, and create a space where leadership isn’t just a title but a way of life.

He spent 23 years in military service, where his focus on human capital development shaped his unique ability to lead, mentor, and transform teams from the inside out.
His academic foundation includes a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership, further supported by certifications from the highly regarded John C. Maxwell Leadership Program and the Sapphire Coaching Program.
As a values-driven professional, he adheres to the International Coach Federation Code of Ethics, ensuring every interaction is grounded in trust, confidentiality, and respect.
